What to Expect

The Covery offers two options for Red Light Therapy: our Whole-Body Mito Red-Light panels and our Red-Light Vitality Booth / Bed. Sessions last between 10 – 20 minutes. Your body will feel pleasantly warm during your session, but not hot.

How to Prepare

  • We recommend removing most of your clothing for maximum benefits. The more skin exposure, the better!
  • Make sure to wear our complimentary eye protection glasses to protect your eyes during your session.
  • We recommend removing all makeup and sunscreen prior to your session to allow for maximum red-light penetration and benefits. We provide complimentary makeup removing wipes for your convenience.
  • We provide a complimentary yoga mat for use during your session. Feel free to meditate, stretch, or simply relax during this therapy.

Don’t Forget

Consistency is key!  We recommend at least 3 sessions per week for maximum benefits.
